How is the rate of MoonMe service?

Why MoonMe displays a 3G icon when it supports 4G?
The MoonMe service is dependent on the local operators’ networks. The 4G service is prioritized but when there is no 4G coverage or 4G signal is weak, MoonMe will switch to 3G service automatically.
Can I use MoonMe as a Power bank?
Yes, you can simply plug in the cable into the USB port and connect the charged device.
Is 4G supported?
Yes, MoonMe supports 4G.
Can I use my Simcard in MoonMe device?
Apart from using MoonMe network, there are 2 SIM card slot (Micro-SIM only). You can simply insert the SIM card and select related SIM card slot to use the SIM data.
